Philip Elliott and Ed Ward, developer spokesperson Ashley Cotton, National Center for Suburban Studies at Hofstra University Exec. Plans for a pre-workforce readiness program and facility, as well as local business partnership programs (i.e. Taste of Long Island) and MWBE contract opportunities were top of the agenda. In the coming months the committee will meet to ensure all parties concerns and needs are addressed and met with productive solutions.
